12 years as the founder of Pixality Design, gave me a front-row seat to the realities of running a fitness business — churn, tight margins, staff turnover, and constant technology change. It also shaped how I think about growth: not as a collection of tactics, but as a system where marketing, operations, and technology have to work together.
Today I serve as Head of Marketing + Client Experience at Zipper, where I help shape the marketing strategy, onboarding experience, and customer journey for a new generation of fitness studio software.
